Yoga is a holistic practice that brings body, breath, and mind together, gently opening space for oneself. One of the most well-known and accessible paths within this journey is Hatha Yoga, which progresses by centering the body. The aim is not to push the body, but to recognize it as a guide, and through the direction of the breath, experience awareness and presence in the moment. We warmly invite you to join this gentle flow as we take a soft step toward inner balance.

A guided breathing session designed to help regulate the nervous system, increase focus, and restore physical and mental balance. Using structured Wim Hof breathing techniques in a calm outdoor setting, participants will experience deep relaxation, heightened awareness, and renewed energy. No prior experience is required. The practice is fully guided and conducted in a safe and supportive environment. Please bring comfortable clothing and a mat or towel to lie on.

Together with Ece, the designer of Fikrim Egeden Ceramic Studio, we will shape our own cups or plates using ceramic clay, exploring form, color, and pattern to create harmonious, one-of-a-kind pieces. We will apply the technique known as Sgraffito—a traditional ceramic method in which patterns are carved onto semi-wet clay.

An outdoor fine-arts session. Using acrylics or watercolors and provided canvases, you will observe the surrounding landscape to practice color mixing, perspective, and composition under the guidance of an artist.
